Please understand that while text information can easily be corrected on a web site, released audio and video programming will be corrected with a text note on the episode show notes entry and a mention on the next published program following the approval of the correction.

MedicCast Extra Seven Day Guarantee Terms

If, at any time within the first seven days of initial membership within the MedicCast Extra site, you are not completely satisfied with the materials, study aids, or downloads contained within the site, simply contact us for a full refund of your purchase price. You must include your name, phone number and the information from your initial confirmation email (cut, copy, and paste into your refund request) to include your date of sign-up, user name and membership email address.

Send this information in to us by email at support@mediccaststore.com. You must send the email within 7 days of your initial sign up on the site. Please allow us 24 hours to respond back to you and initiate your refund. Your money will be refunded either by the original purchasing method or in the event that method is no longer accessible, by check. We will confirm your request by email or phone call.
