Are refunds given to those who wish to withdraw subscription?

In the event that you are not satisfied with the materials, study aids, or downloads contained within the site, you can contact us and we will give a full refund of the purchase price. However, this should be done within seven days from the initial subscription. Include your name, phone number and the information from initial confirmation email (cut, copy, and paste into your refund request) to include the date of sign-up, user name and membership email address. Send this information to support@mediccaststore.com.

Refund requests done after the seven-day period will not be entertained. You would have to wait for their subscription to expire and if by that time you still wish to unsubscribe, you can simply opt to not renew the subscription.
